This recipe makes 5 - 12 inch, thin crust pizzas
Ingredients
500g flour (use 00 flour)
2g instant yeast
10g salt
300g warm water
15g olive oil
Directions
Place the flour, yeast and salt in the stand mixer.
Start mixer on low. Slowly add half the water. The oil and the other half if the water.
Mix for 5-10 minutes
Proof for 1 - 2 hours divide into 160 gram dough balls, making sure they are a nice shape. Let sit 20 minutes.
