I am going to try the following two recipes and see which one is better:
NO YOLKS:
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract or 1 vanilla bean split in half lengthwise
WITH YOLKS:
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk

1 tablespoon vanilla extract or 1 vanilla bean split in half lengthwise
6 large egg yolks
