Buttery fruit spread
this is absolutely delicious on croissants or scones. it is also good on toast.
Ingredients
4 oz Kerry gold butter
4 oz jelly.
Preparation
Make sure both ingredients are at room temperature. Combine. Keeps at room temp for a few days.
