Victory Tischler-Blue (born September 16, 1959) is an American film producer, director, writer, musician and photographer. She was born and raised in Newport Beach, California. Tischler-Blue began working in the entertainment industry at age 17, using the name Vicki Blue as the bassist in the American all-girl teenage rock band The Runaways. After the demise of the band, she was cast as Cindy by director Rob Reiner in This Is Spinal Tap. Her film Edgeplay was based on Tischler-Blue's tenure in The Runaways.

Vulpes was the first Spanish all-female punk rock which was formed in Barakaldo (Greater Bilbao, Basque Country, Spain) in the summer of 1982. They became famous when in 1983 they appeared in a TV program, called Caja de Ritmos, performing the song «Me gusta ser una zorra» (I like being a slut). The song is a cover of The Stooges song I Wanna Be Your Dog with adapted Spanish lyrics. Many viewers complained about their performance.

The band consists of lead vocalist and guitarist Ezra Koenig, guitarist/keyboardist and backing vocalist Rostam Batmanglij, drummer and percussionist Chris Tomson and bassist and backing vocalist Chris Baio. During a recording career that spanned forty years, from 1926 to the mid-1960s, she worked with Louis Armstrong, King Oliver, Clarence Williams, Luis Russell, Lonnie Johnson, and Bob Dylan. She was a member of the coro, or music school, of Venice's Ospedale della Pietà during the tenure of Bonaventura Furlanetto as music director.
