Atlantic 10

Michele Savage continues the responsibility as head coach for a fifth consecutive season. The Wildcats are new members of the Atlantic 10 Conference and play their home games at the John M. Belk Arena.

The "University of Dayton Flyers" team is the NCAA Division 1 basketball team that represents University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio. The school's team currently competes in the Atlantic 10 Conference. They are currently coached by Jim Jabir. The Flyers play their home games at University of Dayton Arena where the official capacity for basketball games is 13,435.

The Dukes women's basketball team also plays the University of Pittsburgh every year in the women's version of the City Game.

Fordham basketball teams (men and women) have been members of the MAAC (1981-82 through 1989-90), Patriot League (1990-91 through 1994-95), and the Atlantic 10 Conference (1995-96 through present).

Nyla Milleson resumes the responsibility as head coach for a second consecutive season. The George Mason Patriots are members of the Atlantic 10 Conference and play their home games at the Patriot Center.

Jonathan Tsipis resumes the responsibility as head coach for a third consecutive season. The Colonials were members of the Atlantic 10 Conference and play their home games at the Charles E. Smith Center.

Daynia La-Force assumes the responsibility as head coach for her first season. The Rams were members of the Atlantic 10 Conference and play their home games at the Ryan Center.

The University of Richmond Women's Basketball team is currently under the eighth season under Michael Shafer, who has posted a 107-94 coaching record.

Cindy Griffin assumes the responsibility as head coach for her fourteenth season. The Hawks were members of the Atlantic 10 Conference and play their home games at the Hagan Arena.

Lisa Stone assumes the responsibility as head coach for her third season. The Billikens were members of the Atlantic 10 Conference and play their home games at the Chaifetz Arena.

The St. Bonaventure Bonnies women's basketball team (formerly the St. Bonaventure Brown Squaws) is the women's basketball team that represents St. Bonaventure University in St. Bonaventure, New York. The team currently competes in the Atlantic 10 Conference. The Bonnies are currently coached by Jim Crowley.

Former WNBA player and Notre Dame's all-time leading scorer Beth Cunningham coaches the VCU Rams women's team. The VCU Rams Women's team enjoyed the most successful season in their history in the 2008-2009 season. The team finished the season with a mark of 26-7 overall and a 15-3 conference record. Notably the team was a perfect 16-0 at home. After finishing second in their conference the team headed to their first ever NCAA tournament game as the 10th seed, where the No. 7 seeded Rutgers eliminated them 57-51 on their home court. In the 2009-2010 season Cunningham led the Rams to the NIT Sweet Sixteen where they were eliminated by Syracuse.
