1500m Run - Track Workouts Online

Despite being longer than the 800 meter run it is NOT recommended that you try to run this race at an even pace (like you would a long distance race) as in order to do so and win the race you will have to be traveling much faster than your competition (hence why everyone is huddled next to each other during most of the race if you have ever seen one).
