Delaware
The women's basketball team went undefeated in CAA play in the 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 seasons under head coach Tina Martin and All-American Elena Delle Donne. The 2011-2012 team finished went 31-2 and undefeated in the CCA conference (18-0) to win the conference championship.

Drexel
The Drexel Dragons women's basketball program represents intercollegiate women's basketball at Drexel University. The team currently competes in the Colonial Athletic Association in Division I of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and play home games at the Daskalakis Athletic Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Dragons are currently coached by Denise Dillon.

Hofstra
The Hofstra Pride (formerly the Hofstra Flying Dutchmen) are composed of 17 teams representing Hofstra University in intercollegiate athletics, including men and women's basketball, cross country, golf, lacrosse, soccer, and tennis. Men's sports include baseball and wrestling. Women's sports include volleyball, field hockey, and softball. The Pride compete in the NCAA Division I and have been members of the Colonial Athletic Association in most sports since 2001. They were previously members of the American East Conference.

James Madison
The women's basketball team, currently coached by Kenny Brooks, was founded in 1920 making it one of the longest-running women's basketball programs in the country. The team has made the NCAA Tournament eleven times, most recently in the 2013-14 season. They have gone to the WNIT six times. A perennial postseason participant throughout the 1980s, the program has seen a revival in recent years.

Northeastern
Kelly Cole, a coaching veteran with more than two decades of experience and three NCAA regional semifinal appearances, begins her second season as the head coach of the Northeastern women's basketball team in 2015-16. She was introduced as the program's sixth head coach on June 9, 2014, by NU athletic director Peter Roby, who commended Cole on her commitment to the student-athlete experience and to helping young people achieve both on and off the court.
