The Canisius Golden Griffins women's basketball team is the women's basketball team that represents Canisius College in Buffalo, New York. The team currently competes in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. The Golden Griffins are currently coached by Terry Zeh.

Fairfield
The Fairfield Stags women's basketball team competes in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference of NCAA Division I. The Stags play their home games in the 9,500 seat, state of the art Arena at Harbor Yard in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Under former coach Diane Nolan, who reached her milestone 500th win in 2006, the Stags competed in the NCAA Women's Basketball Championship in 1988, 1991, 1998, and 2001.

Iona
The Gaels have been competing in NCAA women's basketball since the 1974-75 season. They are a founding member of the MAAC and are coached by Billi Godsey, a graduate of Hofstra University. Godsey was named head coach for the 2013-14 season. In her first season, the Gaels earned their first ever MAAC Regular Season Championship. The program has four postseason appearances to their credit, in the 2007, 2008, 2010 and 2014 Women's National Invitation Tournaments. They hold a 2-4 record in postseason play.

Manhattan
The Manhattan Jaspers are composed of 19 teams representing Manhattan College in intercollegiate athletics, including men and women's basketball, cross country, lacrosse, soccer, swimming, and track and field. Men's sports include baseball and golf. Women's sports include volleyball, tennis, and softball. The Jaspers compete in the NCAA Division I and are members of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.

Marist
The Marist women's basketball team won 20 games for the first time during the 1981-1982 season going 21-10 under head coach Susan Deer. They would not reach the 20 win plateau again until the hiring of Brian Giorgis before the 2002-2003 season. In Brian's first season Marist would go 20-11. Since then, under Brian's guidance, Marist has dominated the MAAC with 10 championships and has become a powerhouse on the national stage.

Monmouth
Now in her fifth year, Jenny Palmateer was introduced as Monmouth University's seventh head women's basketball coach on April 21, 2011. In her 16 years as a collegiate assistant coach, Palmateer worked under three Hall of Fame coaches, Anne Donovan (Seton Hall), Kay Yow (N.C. State) and Debbie Ryan (Virginia).

Quinnipiac
The all-time winningest coach in Quinnipiac women's basketball history, Tricia Fabbri, recently completed her 20th season on the Bobcats' sideline and upped her career total to 325 victories. In 2014-15, Fabbri guided the Bobcats to their fourth straight 20-win season, third straight appearance in the conference championship game and their fourth straight trip to a national postseason tournament as Quinnipiac won the MAAC and advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the second time in program history.

Rider
The 2015-16 academic year marks the ninth season for Lynn Donovan-Milligan '92, '94 as the head women's basketball coach at Rider University. Last season, Milligan's squad posted double-digit wins for the fourth season in a row.

Saint Peter's
Coyle has helped the Peacocks make a steady improvement in her first two seasons. In her second season, Saint Peter's defeated the defending league champion Marist in the regular season and advanced to the MAAC Quarterfinals. Sajanna Bethea became the first player under Coyle to earn league recognition with MAAC All-Rookie honors in 2014-15 and All-MAAC Preseason second-team selection in 2015-16.

Siena
In just three short seasons Ali Jaques has put Siena Women's Basketball back on the map. Under her leadership the Saints enter the 2015-16 season as a program on the rise following a 22-win campaign in 2014-15 which marked the program's first winning season in 11 years and most victories in a dozen seasons and culminated in an appearance in the championship game of the Women's Basketball Invitational.
