The all-time winningest coach in program history, she is back on the sidelines after guiding the Zips to their third-consecutive 20-win season during the 2014-15 campaign, a feat never before accomplished in the 41-year history of the program.

Ball State
Sallee, who is in his fourth season at Ball State, became the only head coach in program history to take the Cardinals to three straight postseason Women's National Invitation Tournaments following the 2014-15 season. He led the Cardinals to a 17-14 overall record in 2014-15 and the program's sixth Mid-American Confernece West Division title. Sallee owns a 188-156 career head coaching record, including a 136-109 mark in eight seasons at Eastern Illinois.

Felisha Legette-Jack was named the 12th head coach in UB women's basketball history on June 14, 2012. Entering her fourth season at the helm of the Bulls in 2015-16, Legette-Jack led UB to its first back-to-back winning seasons since the 1999-00 and 2000-01 seasons. UB posted 17 wins in 2013-14 and 19 in 2014-15.

Toledo
On April 28, 2008, Tricia Cullop came to the University of Toledo with the daunting task of rebuilding a Mid-American Conference powerhouse. Fast forward seven seasons and Cullop and her squads have hung five postseason banners, including a 2011 WNIT championship banner, two MAC regular-season title banners and four West Division banners from the rafters of Savage Arena. Considering the Rockets experienced five-consecutive losing campaigns prior to Cullop's arrival, UT's quick turnaround has truly been a testament to her coaching ability.
