Boston College
Doton was promoted to head coach of the Boston College field hockey program on April 1, 2015. Doton is the eighth head field hockey coach in Boston College history. The Greenfield, Massachusetts, native has been with the Eagles since 2012 when she joined the program as associate head coach. She held the same position at Indiana prior to her arrival at Boston College.

Justine Sowry is entering her fifth season as head coach of the University of Louisville field hockey team. Under Sowry's guidance, the 2014 team achieved several milestones en route to an impressive 15-6 overall record. In their inaugural season as members of the perennially strong Atlantic Coast Conference, the Cardinals posted a 3-3 record and finished the regular season tied for third in league standings.

University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill
Over the course of her 34 years in Chapel Hill, Karen Shelton has built one of the country's finest field hockey programs at the University of North Carolina. Shelton took over as the Tar Heels' head coach in 1981 and since then has led UNC to national prominence in the form of six NCAA Championships, nine NCAA runner-up finishes and 32 winning seasons.

Syracuse University
Ange Bradley has turned the Orange into a field hockey national power in her nine seasons at the helm of the program, transforming Syracuse into one of the nation's top programs. That success reached its peak in 2015, when Bradley led the Orange to the first National Championship in program history and first national title by any women's program at Syracuse University.
