Ball State University
Christy Longacre was named head coach for the Ball State field hockey program in December 2015. Christy has proven herself as a collegiate All-American and as a valuable assistant coach, Ball State Director of Athletics Mark Sandy said. I am certain she will make an outstanding head coach and we are fortunate to have her lead our field hockey program.

Central Michigan University
Molly Pelowski was hired to lead the Central Michigan field hockey program on February 3, 2015. Pelowski most recently served as an assistant coach at Michigan State; a position she held for the last seven years, including three seasons as the Spartans' top assistant. Working primarily with the goalkeepers, she guided two players to All-Big Ten and all-region honors.

Kent State University
Kathleen Wiler has proved herself as one of the most prominent coaches in the Mid-American Conference in her ten seasons at the helm of Kent State field hockey. Under the guidance of the four-time MAC Coach of the Year, Kent State has won seven regular season league titles in 2008, 2009, 2010 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015, compiling a 58-24 overall conference record, and has back-to-back MAC Tournament victories resulting in NCAA postseason appearances.

Longwood University
Iain Byers is in his 10th year at Longwood University during 2014-15, and in his seventh year as head coach following his appointment in April 2008 with a five-year overall record of 59-70. He previously served as an assistant coach since 2005, and earned his US Level 2 Coaching Qualification in January 2009. Byers guided the Lancers to a 10-12 overall mark in 2013, including a 6-2 Northern Pacific Field Hockey Conference (NorPac) record, a 4-4 record at home and a third-place finish at the NorPac Tournament.

Miami University, Ohio
Head coach Inako Puzo returns for his fifth year in charge of the RedHawk field hockey program in the fall of 2015. Last season, the RedHawks went 7-12 overall and finished third in the MAC with a 4-2 record. The team lost in the semifinals of the MAC Tournament to end a two-year run of winning the conference.

Ohio University
Macmillan was named the 2011 MAC Coach of the Year after leading the Bobcats to a 19-5 record and had the Bobcats ranked as high as 15th in the national coaches poll. Macmillan has now led Ohio to four league titles in seven seasons and two NCAA Tournament berths. This was the third time that Macmillan has been named the MAC Field Hockey's Coach of the Year. He has had a winning record in MAC play every season since arriving at Ohio and has never had a losing record during his tenure with the Bobcats.
