Steve Jennings has been a well-known figure in national and international field hockey for two decades both as a coach and player, including serving as a coach for the U.S. Women's Olympic National Team in 2008. He was inducted into the NFHCA Hall of Fame in 2012 and was a named an Honorary Member of the USA Field Hockey Hall of Fame in 2014.

Lindsay Jackson is in her first season as the head coach of the field hockey program in 2015-2016. Jackson, who is the fifth head coach in program history, comes to Holy Cross from Limestone College where she served as the head coach since 2008.

Lafayette College
The 2015 season will be Jennifer Stone's third as Lafayette's head field hockey coach. The 2004 College Hill graduate had previously spent six years as an assistant coach for the Leopards after finishing her playing career as one of the most-successful players in program history.

Stacey Eversley begins her fifth season as Lehigh's head field hockey coach in 2015. In her first year, Eversley led the Mountain Hawks to a 3-2 league record - their best finish since 2007 - and the #3 seed in the Patriot League Tournament, Lehigh's second tournament appearance in three years and Eversley's third in her first four years in Bethlehem (including her time as assistant coach). One of the biggest wins came against eventual Patriot League Finalist Bucknell.
