Binghamton University
Michelle Burrell enters her seventh season at the helm of the Binghamton softball program in 2016. Under her guidance, the Bearcats have gone 145-134 (including a 59-45 mark in the America East), reached the conference tournament four times and won the 2015 America East championship. The Bearcats also advanced to the 2015 NCAA Tournament.

Stony Brook University
Megan T. Bryant was named Stony Brook's head softball coach in 2001. A three-time America East Coach of the Year (2009, 2012 & 2014), Bryant is the winningest manager in program history with 432 victories with the Seawolves. Bryant has won 777 games overall in her 28-year coaching career and recently became the 35th coach in NCAA Division-I history to surpass the 700-win plateau.

Mike Coutts enters his fourth year with the University of Maine softball program, after serving his previous three years as an assistant and the 2014 season as associate head coach. Coutts will work with players in all aspects while focusing in on hitting technique.

Joe French enters his 14th season as head coach of the Retrievers with 388 victories against 339 defeats, good for a .534 winning percentage. French became UMBC's all-time winningest softball coach with a 9-0 victory over Maryland-Eastern Shore on March 11, 2006.

Danielle Henderson enters her second year at the helm of the River Hawk softball program, after being named head coach on July 30, 2014. A former Olympic Gold Medalist and University of Massachusetts All-American, Henderson guided UMass Lowell to its best Division I finish to date at 17-30 overall in 2014-15.
