Bryant University
Head coach Shayne Lotito enters her third season at the helm of the Bryant University softball program in 2015-16. In 2015, the Bulldogs struggled to recapture the success they had in 2014, finishing 17-32 overall. Sophomore Taylor Burger put together a breakout season earning the Northeast Conference Most Improved Player Award and was the lone Bryant representative on the All-NEC First Team.

Kelley was hired as the fifth head coach in FDU softball history on November 3, 2015. Director of the Athletics David Langford and the Fairleigh Dickinson Athletic Department have announced the hiring of Katherine KJ Kelley as the fifth head coach in Fairleigh Dickinson softball history.

Long Island University Brooklyn
Roy Kortmann begins his 21st season as head softball coach at LIU Brooklyn in 2015-16, and enters his third decade as the director of one of the top programs in the Northeast region. Over the last two decades, Kortmann has built a perennial softball powerhouse in downtown Brooklyn and has won nine Northeast Conference championships over that span.

Anna Nagro will begin her sixth season as the Mount St. Mary's softball head coach in 2016. Nagro, whose team won the 2015 Northeast Conference Sportsmanship Award, has worked to build the Mountaineers into contenders in the NEC while earning the respect of her peers.

Dave Snooks begins his third season as RMU Head Softball Coach and he has been a member of the Eagles' coaching staff for 14 years. Prior to becoming the head coach, he served as an assistant coach with Megan Smith-Eggert, where he was the first base coach and worked extensively with the Eagles' pitching staff. Snooks also coached for many years for local ASA level softball clubs, appearing in several national tournaments.

Since her arrival at Sacred Heart in 1982, first as a player and now entering her 28th season at the helm, Elizabeth "Bippy" Luckie has been the face of SHU softball. She enters the 2016 season boasting a career record of 549-626-4. She has appeared in 10 of Sacred Heart's 13 NCAA Tournament appearances as either a coach or a player.

Saint Francis University
Jennifer Patrick-Swift enters her fifth season as the Saint Francis head softball coach in 2016. Patrick-Swift became the program's all-time winningest coach during the 2015 season. She now has 104 victories in four seasons at the helm. In 2015, Patrick-Swift led the Red Flash to one of its best seasons in program history. Saint Francis won 31 games, second most in school history. The Flash also had one its best-ever offensive seasons as it scored 246 runs, hit 30 home runs and 74 doubles.

Wagner College
Angie Churchill, a former standout player at the University of Michigan, who brings five years of head coaching experience, including the last two at Georgian Court College, was named head softball coach at Wagner College in June, 2015. Churchill, who also has served six years as a Division I assistant coach, takes over for Glen Payne, who announced his retirement last month after 20 seasons at the helm of the Seahawk program.
