Loyola Marymount University
Sami Strinz-Ward returned to her alma mater in June 2014 joining the coaching staff for the Lions softball program. In January 2015, she was promoted from Assistant Coach to Associate Head Coach and on June 3, 2015, she was named the seventh Head Coach in the 33-year history of the program.

Santa Clara University
Lisa Mize is in her eighth season as Santa Clara's head softball coach in 2016. Mize was a prominent figure in helping bring a new on-campus facility for the program that opened for the start of the 2013 season, and in 2014 Mize led the program into the West Coast Conference. In June 2012, the WCC approved softball as the conference's 14th sponsored sport. Santa Clara leaves the Pacific Coast Softball Conference and joins BYU, Loyola Marymount, Pacific, Saint Mary's and San Diego with the conference champion receiving an automatic berth in the NCAA Tournament.

St. Mary's College of California
Jessica Hanaseth-Rodgers will enter her 11th season as head coach of the Saint Mary's softball team in 2015. Hanaseth-Rodgers took over the position after being part of the program as an assistant coach and player for seven seasons. Hanaseth-Rodgers has led the Gaels to seven 20-plus win seasons in her nine years and is already the all-time winningest softball coach in the 27-year history of Division I softball at Saint Mary's with 205 wins.

Head Coach Melissa McElvain led the 2015 squad to 29-23 record, the most wins of any Torero team under her tenure. Additionally, with a 17-5 home record, the 2015 Toreros tied a school record for best winning percentage at the USD Softball Complex.

University of the Pacific
Brian Kolze, the winningest coach in Pacific softball program history, is in his 23rd season at the helm of the program and the second for the Tigers as a member of the West Coast Conference. Kolze's Pacific squad finished with a 20-28 record in 2014 including an 8-7 finish in the inaugural season of West Coast Conference play, good for a third place finish in the conference.
