Meatballs - trying this one.
Ingredients

1 lb Ground Beef
1 lb Ground Pork
1/2 lb Beef Liver, minced
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 large eggs, beaten
2 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp ground Cinnamon
1 tsp ground Cardamom
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp Black Pepper
1.5 tsp Salt
Preheat the oven to bake at 350.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine ground meats .
Add the other ingredients. Mix until just combined. Do not over mix..
Form meat mixture into balls.
Place in a baking dish and bake meatballs for 25 minutes.
NOTE:
Why am I adding liver - because it is very nutrient dense.
Vitamin B12: 3,460% of the RDI.
Vitamin A: 860–1,100% of the RDI.
Riboflavin (B2): 210–260% of the RDI.
Folate (B9): 65% of the RDI.
Iron: 80% of the RDI..
Copper: 1,620% of the RDI.
But liver should be eaten in limited quantities. Also, there is dome evidence that liver should not be eaten by pregnant women. If you have doubts, leave out the liver.
