Lee Fixel is a Partner at Tiger Global Management, LLC and Co-Head of the firm's private equity business. He focuses on privately held companies in the Internet and Software sectors, primarily in the U.S., India and Brazil. Lee has led the firm's investments in Automattic, Facebook, LinkedIn, Eventbrite, SurveyMonkey, Netshoes, Flipkart, MercadoLibre, Jobs.ch, and Warby Parker. Prior to joining Tiger Global in 2006, Lee was an analyst at Alkeon Capital Management, an investment firm focused on global growth equities. He holds a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from Washington University in St. Louis, completed the General Course at the London School of Economics and is a CFA charterholder. Lee serves on the Board of Directors of the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research and is a member of the Olin National Council at Washington University.

Tiger Global’s Lee Fixel is credited by many for partly shaping India’s internet economy, especially when it came to backing startups such as Flipkart early. Over the years, Fixel acquired dominance in large deals by aggressively chasing and wooing founders of some of India’s biggest technology companies including Sachin Bansal, Bhavish Agarwal and so on.
