The East Carolina Pirates baseball team is an intercollegiate baseball team representing East Carolina University in NCAA Division I college baseball and has made regular appearances in the NCAA Tournament, but as of 2010 has yet to appear in the College World Series.

Tulane University
The Tulane Green Wave baseball team represents Tulane University in NCAA Division I college baseball. The Green Wave baseball team competes in the American Athletic Conference and play their home games on campus at Greer Field at Turchin Stadium. They are currently managed by head coach David Pierce, who took over the program in 2014 after the retirement of long-time coach Rick Jones, whose 818 victories through the 2014 season are the most by any coach in Tulane baseball history.

The UCF Knights baseball team represents The University of Central Florida in National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) Division I. The Knights compete in the American Athletic Conference (The American). The Knights play their home games on UCF's main campus in Orlando, Florida at Jay Bergman Field, and are currently coached by head coach Terry Rooney.

Cincinnati Bearcats baseball is the varsity intercollegiate team representing the University of Cincinnati in the sport of college baseball at the Division I level of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). The team is led by Ty Neal, and plays its home games at Marge Schott Stadium on campus in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Bearcats are members of the American Athletic Conference. Some notable alumni include Hall of Famers Sandy Koufax and Miller Huggins, All-Star and World Series Champion Kevin Youkilis, and All-Star Josh Harrison.

University of Connecticut
The Connecticut Huskies baseball team represents the University of Connecticut, in Storrs, Connecticut in college baseball. The program is classified in the NCAA's Division I, and the team competes in the American Athletic Conference. The team is coached by Jim Penders. UConn has appeared in five College World Series and 18 NCAA Tournaments.

University of Houston
Along with the university's other athletic teams, the baseball team is a member of the American Athletic Conference as a Division I team. They play their home games at Cougar Field. In addition to numerous NCAA Tournament appearances, the Cougars have made two College World Series appearances. Houston has been led by head coach Todd Whitting since 2011.

The South Florida Bulls baseball team is the intercollegiate men's baseball program representing the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, United States. The team competes in the American Athletic Conference of NCAA Division I. The baseball team had its first season in 1966 and has captured five conference titles. As of the 2012 season, the Bulls play their home games at USF Baseball Stadium.
