But in the end, she took the suicide pill that Eugene had given her. Zombie Sasha eventually attacked Negan and, in the ensuing chaos, Rick's group was able to escape from the bat-swinging villain. Later, Maggie and Jesus ended Sasha's life and buried her in Alexandra's graveyard.
