College Figure Skating

The Boston College Figure Skating Club is a student-run organization with club sport status. BCFSC has two components: freestyle and synchronized skating. Freestyle ice time is available at Conte Forum, the campus ice rink, for students who are interested in competing in collegiate freestyle and dance competitions throughout the year.

The Boston University Figure Skating Club is a competitive, nationally ranked intercollegiate figure skating team composed of skaters of all levels, from Preliminary through Senior, and disciplines, including Freestyle and Ice Dance.

The Bryant University Skating Team has expanded over the years as it obtained members from other numerous schools in the Rhode Island area. In the past three years, Bryant has placed third in the Easterns Sectional Championship. Bryant also competes in the Cape Cod Classical and New England Challenge Cup and performs annual at the Warwick Figure Skating Club Show.

The Figure Skating Club is open to skaters of all abilities. Although the club largely provides structured ice time for students wanting to practice on their own, several skaters compete in collegiate competitions.

The Cornell University Figure Skating Club (CUFSC) is part of the United States Figure Skating Association's Collegiate Skating Program. We offer weekly practice sessions for competitive and non-competitive skaters who have passed USFSA tests or who have taken figure skating PE classes. We compete at 2-3 intercollegiate competitions per season and host our own intercollegiate competition. CUFSC also hosts skate nights open to the entire Cornell community during the semester.

Welcome to the homepage of the Dartmouth Figure Skating Club! We are 6-time Intercollegiate National Champions representing Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH. Collegiate skating is a great way for college students to continue their skating.

The Duke Figure Skating Club is a group of Duke students who love figure skating! We have weekly practices and we compete at collegiate competitions. Skaters (and non-skaters) of all levels are welcome to join! Compared to most other skating teams, we are pretty laid back because we just want to have fun and enjoy the sport

The Harvard University Figure Skating Club (HUFSC) is a Harvard club sport that competes around the Boston area and performs in several figure skating exhibitions. Everyone is welcome to join HUFSC, from beginners to the seasoned competitor!

Welcome to the Princeton Skating Club where members from throughout the greater Princeton area enjoy the advantages of a private club designed especially for families and figure skaters.

In 1998 when ISC opened its doors to the community, the RMU Island Sports Center Figure Skating Academy (FSA) was established to promote the development and enjoyment of the sport of figure skating. The FSA is designed for skaters of all levels who are members of U.S. Figure Skating or Ice Skating Institute (ISI) and who are interested in furthering the development of their skills for competitive or recreational figure skating.

The mission of the Sacred Heart University Figure Skating Club is to provide opportunities for instruction, advancement and competition to students of all ability levels. The club is a memeber of both the United States Figure Skating Association, as well as the Ice Skating Institute. We have something for everyone, male and female. Our club can also sharpen your ice hockey skating skills. All practices are held at the Wonderland of Ice in Bridgeport and competitions are held throughout the northeast.

The Maryland Figure Skating Club began at UMD in 2004 and became a club sport in 2007. We welcome skaters of all levels! The club is comprised of two teams: a freestyle team and synchronized skating team.

The Gustavus Synchronized Figure Skating team, also known as the Gustie Blades, was established in 2007. Since then, we have formed the Gustavus Adolphus Figure Skating Club as way to gain interest in the sport at Gustavus and to encourage fellow Gusties to learn how to skate and further their abilities. The members of this club vary in difficulty level and experience, but all share the same passion for skating. Whether you have never skated before, or have been skating your whole life, this club is open to anyone interested in skating!

The Indiana University Figure Skating Club provides students the chance to skate and enjoy the sport while representing IU. Currently there are two components to our club: recreational and intercollegiate competition team. Recreational skaters are able to skate on our weekly club ice and participate in our Winter and Spring shows. Intercollegiate competition team members travel to three intercollegiate competitions annually. These competitors have the option of competing in freestyle, dance and team maneuver events.

The Figure Skating Club of the Ohio State University is comprised of dedicated members who practice weekly, participate in annual exhibitions, and attend collegiate competitions. Members can now try-out to be a part of Ohio State's first competitive synchronized skating team as well!

In 2010, the Synchronized Skating Team of Oakland University became the Figure Skating Club of Oakland University. Last year, the team began competing in intercollegiate freestyle competitions after competing at the open collegiate level of synchronized skating for a few seasons.

Ohio University Synchronized Skating Team is a club team at Ohio University compiled of all full time Ohio University Students. They are in the open collegiate division, and compete up to six times a year at various competitions against other schools such as Miami, Notre Dame, and Ohio State.

The University of Michigan Figure Skating Club (UMFSC) was founded in 1992, and was overseen by Jack Vivian, the Yost Arena director, until it became a club sport in 1994. Since then, the club has grown boundlessly, and developed into the exceptional, accomplished club that it is today.

The University of Minnesota Duluth synchronized skating team formed in the fall of 2008. It was created to offer figure skaters a way to continue skating through college while being part of a competitive team sport.

Notre Dame Figure Skating is a club sport at the University of Notre Dame comprised of students, faculty and staff at Notre Dame and Saint Mary's College. The club is a member of US Figure Skating and sponsors the Fighting Irish Synchronized Skating Team.
