Brown University
Katie Flynn, a 23-year coaching veteran at the Division I level, enters her fourth season at the helm of the Brown University softball program in 2015-16. A native of East Greenwich, R.I., and a 2014 graduate of the prestigious NCAA Women Coaches Academy, Flynn took over the reins of the program in August of 2012.

Columbia University
Jennifer Teague was named the third Columbia softball coach in program history in July of 2014. She was the former head coach at the University of Buffalo and assistant coach at Michigan State. In her first year as the head coach of Columbia, Teague led the Lions to a 16-28 record, including a 7-13 Ivy League mark, and saw four members of the squad recognized as members of the All-Ivy League squad.

Cornell University
Former Cornell softball standout Julie Farlow was elevated to the Big Red's The Jan Rock Zubrow '77 Head Coach of Softball in May of 2015 after serving as assistant and associate head coach since 2002. She took over after longtime head coach Dick Blood retired in the spring of 2015.

Dartmouth College Director of Athletics Recreation Harry Sheehy has announced the hiring of Shannon Doepking as head coach of the Big Green softball program. A four-year standout catcher at Tennessee, Doepking previously served as the head coach of Amherst College. Harvard University
Jenny Allard, the Ivy League's longest-tenured coach and one of its most successful, enters her 22nd season as head coach of the Harvard softball program in 2016. Allard owns a 536-400-3 overall record, including a 252-102-1 Ivy League mark. Team and individual success have gone hand in hand during Allard's tenure. All six of Harvard's Ivy League titles, each of its six 30-win seasons and its five NCAA Championship berths have come under the watch of Allard, who has lead Harvard softball for half of the program's existence.

Princeton University
Lisa (Sweeney) Van Ackeren, a four-time Patriot League Pitcher of the Year at Lehigh and a New Jersey native, is in her fourth season as Princeton's head softball coach in 2016. In her first season, Van Ackeren became the winningest first-year coach in Princeton softball history, finishing at 27-19 and with the best record since the Tigers went 34-19 in 2006.

University of Pennsylvania
Head coach Leslie King recently completed her 12th season at the helm of the University of Pennsylvania softball team. Since her arrival at Penn, King led the program to its first ever NCAA playoff appearance in 2013 and has coached 40 players who earned 79 All-Ivy honors and six players who earned Ivy League Yearly Awards, including two-time Player of the Year Christina Khosravi (2006, 2008).

Yale University
Jen Goodwin begins her fourth season at the helm of the Yale softball program in 2015-16. Goodwin has made an immediate impact at Yale. In her first year, she guided a squad that belted a school record 31 home runs. Goodwin also mentored catcher Sarah Onorato, who had one of the finest seasons in school history. Onorato was named the Ivy League Player of the Year, the first Yale player to win the award since Seema Hingorani in 1991.
