My favorite music from the 80s. I based my choices mostly by feeling and I tried not to include more than two songs per artist. When I think of the 80s, I think of these songs. I love them all, especially the ones with really cheesy videos like Dead Or Alive, you spin me round. I couldnt really put them in any specific order either as I could easily listen to any one of them over and over. Enjoy!

Tears For Fears - Mad World (1983)
I've met a lot of people who never knew that the Gary Jules version of this song is the original version but that is incorrect. It was Tears For Fears who did it first, and better in my opinion. My favorite moment in this video has to be at 2:25. It brings a lot more levity to the lyrics than Jules' "boo hoo" version.

Disturbed did a cover of this song in the early 2000's. It is to me another example of an unnecessary cover. This version is perfect and the video is terrific
