This subtopic contains information about the gear that I use on all of my archery hunts. You will see me in Sitka and Under Armour only for their tradition of success and research. I love both of these companies for offering such great western patterns and comfortable gear. These companies get it done period. Check out my favorite pieces from each brand and why I love wearing them in certain situations.

I just bought these boots and am super excited to put them through a test drive this weekend. The combination of Gore Tex Technology, sturdy support and a lightweight feel was exactly what I was looking for.
This is a great lightweight binocular harness that I just purchased. I also have a Under Armour lightweight harness and a Kuiu harness that offers full protection.
This is my ultimate pack. It can do everything from carrying out massive elk quarters to operating as a day pack or multi day backcountry pack. Super happy with this backpack and have not had any problems with it.
This jacket covers it all. It protects me from the rain, wind, snow and cold and is made with Gore Tex fabric. It really does not get any better for a great all around jacket that I can wear all season long.
I am a huge vest guy because they look badass, keep your core temperature stabile and offer full range of motion for your arms. Sitka did it right with this vest and I even wear it going out with friends.
This face mask will be worn to cover my face during all of my archery hunts. I have worn face paint and I think paint looks super cool but is not perfect and can be messy. This face mask totally eliminates that.
The Sitka beanie is the cold weather hat that I trust to protect my ears from the below freezing mornings. Sitka really has not gotten their hats right and my Under Armour hats are much more comfortable, but this hat is a great cold weather beanie.
I wear the Merino Glove for 2 reasons. One reason is to make sure that my hands are covered and I cut down variables on archery hunts. Reason 2 is to offer my hands a little bit of warmth in the later season with full flexibility for a shot.
The Zip T is a long sleeve comfortable and warmer version of the long sleeve that works great on those chilly mornings and evenings over my undershirt. A perfect shirt for September and early October and also works as a base layer in the later hunts.
The Sitka version of the long sleeve shirt is also an amazing option. I love the Sitka pattern and will typically wear my Sitka outfit on day 2 of my hunts. The reason I wear it the second day is to change up my mojo on the mountain and hope that the change in outfit results in a big bull ;).
The mountain pant is a super versatile pant that allows me to hunt in all conditions year round. It is my go to pant for October rifle hunts and high elevation September archery hunts.
The most comfortable fabric and a great pattern with full coverage offers a great option on archery hunts in September. I love this shirt and will continue to wear it on upcoming hunts.
These are a sturdy well built pair of pants that will last and offer great comfort. They wear like jeans and are super comfortable in early and mid season hunts. I feel like these pants are indestructible and after 2 years of hunting have not had one problem or stitch come undone.
This is a great pair of boots for lightweight travel and ultimate movement and flexibility. The knock is that they do not offer the best protection or stabilization. I recommend these for early season hunts and scouting missions but I would not wear them in the late season or in wet environments.
