Maths Games for Kids: Place Value War
I love adapting games that help revise the concepts Immy is learning at school and this version of the card game War is perfect for place value revision for children in the early grades. Best of all, all you need to play is a deck of cards.

MATH GAMES USING DICE | The Teacher Next Door
Games are an important part of math class, in my opinion. Not only are kids able to practice the skills that we have been focusing on (over and over repeatedly), but they are also doing it in a format that they find fun...and anything that adds fun to learning is a plus in my book!

Math Checkers - Teach Beside Me
Take a traditional checkers game and make it into a math checkers game! I created a multiplication checkers board to use at our house because my daughter is struggling with memorizing her multiplication facts right now. I am planning on making more: one for addition, subtraction, and division, so stay tuned!
