Pink Parsley: French Toast Kabobs
I made these cute little kabobs for Georgia Tech's home opener on Saturday. They were fun to make, and even more so to eat! The blueberry sauce was lovely, but these could certainly be eaten with regular syrup or even plain! These little puppies are insanely addicting, and were perfect for our brunch-themed tailgate. They would also be great to serve at a shower to large crowd at brunch.

Apple Sandwiches with Granola and Peanut Butter | Whole Foods Market
Kids will love to help you make this healthy snack since it's fun to spread the nut butter and sprinkle the chocolate chips. No corer in the kitchen drawer? Slice the apples into rounds first then use a small cookie cutter to remove the core from the center of each slice. Wrap sandwiches tightly and tuck them into lunchboxes, if you like.
