Beach Party

With summer in full swing, I’m trying to come up with creative ways to keep the kids busy. More than just that- I want them to be having fun and making memories, too! This last weekend we had a Backyard Beach Party and it was so much fun!

Last year I discovered my son loved all things "Shark Week!" Today, I even found myself mesmerized by some of the sharks and all the interesting facts they were sharing. So, I thought I would whip up these simple Shark Fin Jello Cups! Not only are they fun for Shark Week, but also shark or beach theme parties!

This is a recipe I shared last summer, but it was a big hit so I am sharing it here today and making up a batch for my family! The ingredients were simple as were the instructions to create this dessert that will have people wondering if it is REALLY sand or not. I brought it to our family reunion last Saturday after the Walk and it was quickly gobbled up! My daughter asked if I would make it again the next day. Im pretty sure she single handedly ate half the pail herself. ;) Seriously though, this was very quick And easy dessert to put together with a LOT of wow factor included. This is a super quick And easy summer time dessert that is sure to be the talk of the party!
