Independence Day Fireworks on the Beach is always held on the 4th of July from dusk (9:30) to 10:00-ish. The main event is one of the best fireworks shows around, set off in front of the Long Beach Boardwalk.Hours of spectacular pre and post-show fireworks can be seen up and down the length of our 28 miles of beach. This is one of those has-to-be-seen-to-be-believed events.

In Ilwaco, and our neighboring communities, there is a steady stream of fun, interesting, informative and sometimes challenging events.
