Las Vegas Travel Guide
Your Las Vegas vacation will likely revolve around the iconic neon lights and famous (albeit somewhat kitschy) sights along the Strip. This is where Lady Luck will make or break your bank account, but there are other diversions attached to the casinos: ride a gondola at The Venetian, see views atop the Eiffel Tower at Paris, Las Vegas or enjoy the renowned fountain show at the Bellagio. But if you can part with the glitz and glam of Las Vegas Boulevard, you’ll find the rest of the city has plenty to offer. Check out the Fremont Street Experience's lightshow, enjoy a history lesson at the Mob Museum or the Neon Museum, or stretch your legs at Red Rock Canyon. And if you have the time, plan a quick road trip to the Hoover Dam. How we rank Things to Do.

Las Vegas Strip - Wikipedia
The Las Vegas Strip is a stretch of South Las Vegas Boulevard in Clark County, Nevada, known for its concentration of resort hotels and casinos. The Strip is approximately 4.2 miles (6.8 km) in length,[1] located immediately south of the Las Vegas city limits in the unincorporated towns of Paradise and Winchester. However, the Strip is often referred to as being in Las Vegas. Most of the Strip has been designated an All-American Road,[2][3] and is considered a scenic route at night.[4] Many of the largest hotel, casino, and resort properties in the world are located on the Las Vegas Strip.
