Project Angel Heart is a 501c3 nonprofit that delivers nutritious meals to improve quality of life, at no cost, for those coping with life-threatening illnesses. The people that receive our meals are mothers, fathers, grandparents, friends and children that are living with cancer, kidney disease, HIV/AIDS and other life-threatening illnesses. In 2016 we plan to deliver over 64,000 meals, free of charge, to 565 critically ill Colorado Springs residents.
