St. Martin’s first opened our doors in 1985 to welcome the hungry and homeless men and women with a warm, freshly prepared meal. Driven by client need, in March of 2015 we merged with local, non-profit Project Share to expand our meal service program by adding an evening meal, served six days a week. On average, we serve 400 unduplicated clients a day and nearly 5,000 unduplicated clients a year. This collaboration ensures an alleviation in human suffering and starvation amongst our community’s homeless and near homeless population. Today, St. Martin’s is New Mexico’s largest multi-service agency to the homeless and near homeless population in Albuquerque, NM.
