Daniel von Bargen, the character actor perhaps best known for playing George Costanza's boss Mr. Kruger during the last season of Seinfeld, has died at 64.
"For the past five years, he had been grappling with health issues that precluded his active pursuit of work," his former agents say in a statement to PEOPLE.
