World travelers Amy Cohen and Hayden Barnie chose Denver as the home of their new Aussie-style cafe, Stowaway Coffee + Kitchen.

Stowaway is a suitcase  of adventures shared and amounted by two travellers; it’s a trove of recipes collected from various nooks and crannies of the world; it’s our new home. In our kitchen, we aim to create nourishment for a young heart, an old soul, and everything in between. To provide a place to warm the heart with good company and fill the belly with foods of comfort.  The kitchen is the heart of every home. It’s where we come together to engage with our senses and with each other. It’s unity, love, and fulfillment. And that, in our opinion, is a perfect foundation for a community.

We are located at 2528 Walnut St in the RiNo district of Denver, Colorado. Look out for the big clock tower and the Benjamin Moore Paints sign - you'll find us tucked away just behind those two icons of our neighborhood.
