Backatown Coffee Parlor is a neighborhood coffee shop located at the site of Storyville, and offers an urban experience. The locally-owned shop honors the vibe of old Storyville with jazz music, meaningful conversations and community events. Every first Friday of the month, from 5pm-7pm, exhibitions take place from local artists and musicians with a combination of espresso and snacks. Every Sunday, attend Blues Brunch with a five course Sunday buffet. Brunch is from 11am-3pm, and you can bring your own mimosas.
