Midnight Graffiti (Warner Books, Oct 1992) is an engaging anthology from the now-defunct magazine of the same name from the late '80s. It specialized in all kinds of horror and weird fantasy fiction from authors both new and established.
I wanted to like most of the stories in this book. I really did. However, a lot of them were filled with graphic horror, which isn't something I like to read. So I think that colored my opinion of some of the stories near the end of the book.
This collection of horror short stories is exceptional because of the wide range of styles and stories it contains. The reader will not be lost in a jungle of imaginations because the book is organized in five chapters that are each dedicated to one type of atmosphere and plot.
Midnight Graffiti has 800 ratings and 22 reviews. Yael said: Reprinted from the pages of the magazine Midnight Graffiti comes this spine-chilling collect...
