I visited the Santa Fe Brewing co. at Green Jeans in Albuquerque on Carlisle st. The bar was just the right amount of busy and has a good layout with a downstairs (though the ordering/water station is a bit crowded with servers frequently having to ask people to move) and an upstairs with a pool table and a great balcony patio that overlooks Albuquerque's west side. The santa fe beers are all great, for a light I recommend the Santa Fe blonde and for something a bit more intense I would suggest the brown.
Distillery 365 is a small, cozy bar in Albuquerque in the Green Jeans buildings. The demographic is a bit older but I knew I had to stop in when I saw their interesting copper mugs. They offer various mixed drinks, I had one with vodka and berries. The bloody Mary drinks never dissapoint! The service was prompt and friendly and the staff are very personable.
