Finnick Odair was a male victor from District 4, winner of the 65th Hunger Games. He was later reaped into the Third Quarter Quell, of which he was one of the survivors. He was the husband of Annie Cresta and father of their son. Finnick died during the second rebellion.

Caesar Flickerman is the host for the Hunger Games. He is famous for turning any conversation around for the positive, and is known to change the color of his lips, hair, and eyelids for each Hunger Games. He always wears a midnight blue suit with small lightbulbs decorating it.

President Coriolanus Snow is the main antagonist in Suzanne Collins's The Hunger Games trilogy. He is the tyrannical President of Panem (North America after the apocalypse). He appeared as the Bigger Bad of The Hunger Games, the main antagonist of both Catching Fire and Mockingjay Part

Rue was the 12-year-old female tribute from District 11 who was selected to participate in the 74th Hunger Games. She is described as being small and easily underestimated by other tributes. Rue had formed an alliance with Katniss after warning her about a nest of tracker jackers.

Cinna was Katniss Everdeen's stylist during her campaigns in the 74th and 75th Hunger Games, and was later revealed to be a supporter of the rebels in District 13. Cinna played a major role in Katniss' rise to prominence, and his influence was felt in many ways.

Haymitch is the male tribute from the 50th Hunger Games. Before the 74th Hunger Games, Haymitch was the only living Victor from District 12. The other victor had died. At the age of 16, Haymitch had participated in the 50th Hunger Games. Also known as the second Quarter Quell.

Effie Trinket is the escort of the District 12 tributes, including Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark, being an advisor to the 3. By the end of Mockingjay, she is the only Escort from the 74th and 75th Hunger Games alive after the rebellion.
