transition from 10k to Half for total beginner - posted in Half Marathon Training: I know this has probably been done to death, but I'm after advice from moving from running 10k to a half marathon. I like the idea of training guides but most have runs 3-5 times a week which I can't commit to. I have 2 young kids and find the schedules too hard to stick too.
