And is made is small batches so that it is delivered to your doorstep within 2 months of being manufactured in our own manufacturing plant that is temperature controlled. Not like the big brand names that can be up to 6 years old and stored in hot warehouse prior to you buying it in the store. The ingredients are such a high quality that you feed less than the big name brand. Every product sold is controlled with the batch number and customer that received it so that should there ever be a problem (which there has never been in over 20 years of business) every single customer that received that batch number is personally contacted within 24 hours to stop feeding until a determination can be made if there was a problem with the pet or the food.
