Takes candy from babies. Literally. Sees Devil talking to Homer and remarks, 'Smithers, who's that goat-legged fellow down there, I rather like the cut of his gib?' Also says: 'Exxxxcellent!' while tapping fingertips together, and 'Oh, pish posh.'
