Madeline

Today is Madeline’s 17th birthday. Born 11-11. What an amazing day. She was born on the same day as her Great Grandmother Regina Clifford who would be celebrating very 100th birthday if she were still alive. The number 11 has some great significance in the Clifford family. Great Grandma was the 11th of 11 kids too. We have a lot to learn from that great woman. Learn from others are you grow to and someday have your own family.

Madeline and dad ride together and talk bout the events of the day. We are getting stoked about a couple of big dances we get to DJ together!

November 11th is such a special day in the Clifford household! Great Grandma Clifford's birthday is today, Madeline's birthday is today and today is veterans day. Both my brother Mark and father Tom Sr. served our country in the armed service. THANK YOU for putting others first and serving. Happy Birthday Madeline, you all rock!

Today Madeline is driving up to GB to take me to lunch. What a pleasant surprise.

I am just so proud of Madeline. This week, her hard work paid off and she is off to bigger and better things. I just could not be happier for her and her new endeavor. When you work hard, it will pay off! To the moon Madeline!

Apparently when Madeline was young and while i was under the influence of some medication :), I promised her that I would take her to see Phantom of the Opera when it came to town again.

Today I’m joined by my daughter Madeline coming to you LIVE from Milwaukee while we are on a daddy daughter date. We talk about school, Myth Busters and life in general.

Hostess is dead… No more twinkles. Booo to that! Madeline is 18. WOW! She was one of the lead in the Little Chute play Footloose and what an amazing job she did. She totally rocked it.

Last weekend, I went on a daddy daughter date with Madeline just to talk, or in my case listen. What was important to her needs to be important to me. Boys, family, college…all need to be important. The communication that is set up between Madeline and I is so important. As a part time dad, it’s so important to talk to your children and know where they are in life.

Today I had the pleasure of visiting a local mall and seeing Madeline and the Little Chute High School Bell Choir Perform. I was so jazzed to be asked to see this pretty intimate performance. While I was there I got to thinking about how important the little things, like this are. When you are a child, what lasting impression do you send when you make time for the small things?

Last night I spend 2.5 glorious hours listening to Madeline in her band and choir concerts. its just amazing to see her in her element. Her talents just sine and as a sophomore, she is a leader at LCHS in this regard. What a blessing it is to watch you shine!

Madeline performs with the Little Chute High School Bell Choir and was on Fox 11 this year.

Madeline was in the Little Chute High School musical “The Sound of Music” and she JUST KILLED IT!!! it was so amazing to see her in her various parts. I am so proud of her and her love of the fine arts.
