According to a Mid-day report, Akshay Kumar is all set to auction his personal items to raise funds for a voluntary organisation working for children. Earlier this month, Akki had joined hands with entrepreneur Raj Kundra to launch a home-shopping channel on which he will now auction his personal items. A source has been quoted in the report as saying that Akshay had come up with the idea while discussing the project and the team had agreed that Akshay's personalised items will fetch a good price. The proceeds of the profit will go the NGO which works for orphan kids. Raj Kundra has also confirmed the development in the report and has been quoted as saying that if they get a good response, they will put out new things for auction every month.
