Today kicks off 4th of July week here on Sweet as a Cookie. This week will be filled with recipes that are red, white and blue and prefect for the 4th. Last year for the 4th of July my boyfriend and I drove up to Lake Erie and watched them shoot fireworks off of a boat. It was one of the best firework shows I have ever seen.
