Our favorite things in life, though not necessarily in this order, are great FOOD; quality CRAFT BEER; fun, creative PEOPLE; and live MUSIC. Big Island Brewhaus is a community gathering haus that combines all these treasures for our community and visitors to our island.

We brew beers that are among the best on the planet our food is crafted to compliment these world-class beers. We source sustainably & support locally; working with local farmers, ranchers, fishermen, bakers, bee keepers, artisan cheese & ice cream makers to bring you food & beer made of the best products available in Hawai'i. We take care to use products with minimal environmental impact: all our fish is fresh, locally line-caught, with no bycatch, our local grass-fed beef is hormone free, the produce we serve is grown by local farmers as much possible and much of it is organic. Our spent grain and food waste feed local cows & pigs, we recycle and use only compostable straws & to-go packaging. We are in the process of adding solar to our restaurant to decrease our dependence on diesel-generated electricity. We are honored and proud to be recognized by the Surfrider Association as a Platinum Level Ocean Friendly Restaurant and to be the 2nd Blue Zone Approved restaurant on our island. We care deeply about our ohana, our island, and our planet and hope you appreciate our efforts to care for them

Our award wining brewing team embraces the traditional art of brewing while pushing established styles with creativity and imagination - the pursuit of excellence and character. Enjoy our handcrafted beers in haus in individual 3.5 oz samplers, a flight of 5 samplers, half pints, pints and, for some special beers, goblets! Brewhaus beers are available to to in quart & half gallon mason jars, 1/2 gallon growlers and our Overboard IPA, Golden Sabbath and White Mountain Porter are available in 22oz bottles. The following list includes our flagship beers and seasonals which are not always available.
