The Blind Pig Brewery was born of a love for beer and a dream to create a unique and relaxed space to drink it.
Owner Chris Knight set out to realize this dream in the city of Champaign, Illinois, home to The University of Illinois.
The Blind Pig, Co. on Walnut was our first location, and now we've expanded to two bars (The Blind Pig Brewery and Blind Pig Co.) and two brewing facilities (The Blind Pig Brewery and a large warehouse space downtown).
We're now onto our next adventure in expansion: bottling. Soon you'll be able to find your favorite Blind Pig brews on shelves everywhere (or at least somewhere)!
