Our 64 seat brew pub provides the friendly and intimate feel of a Chicago neighborhood bar. We have a full bar featuring many outstanding beers, a great mix of local craft whiskeys, fantastic wine, and a wonderful array of signature cocktails. We have three large Plasma TV’s at the bar and one TV in the rear available for your sport viewing pleasure.

Our goal in creating the Cary Ale House & Brewing Company was to bring high quality, unique food and exceptional beer together. After tearing into the pub during renovations we realized we would NOT be able to build the brewery we needed to brew exceptional beer. Therefore, we decided to first focus on our food. As an alternative, we have some 84 guest beers available for your drinking pleasure that run the gamut of style and flavor.

The Cary Ale House & Brewing Company will keep in the tradition of the Cary Public House, which dates all the way back to the 1890’s as the Wascher Tavern (Cary’s first licensed saloon). It will remain very much a neighborhood pub (restaurant / bar) with a friendly, laid back, community-focused atmosphere. Our mission is to hand craft world-class beer of the highest quality – pushing the limits of taste and fully expressing what beer is, what beer means, and how it is experienced in a brewpub. Our establishment will provide a wonderful atmosphere of craft beer culture, locally sourced gastro-pub food, games and entertainment for our guests who will be treated to exceptional service. Our dream is to enhance the bar experience within a brewpub by building a culture that embraces the history of beer and its relationship to food, liquor, games and entertainment!
