There’s only one thing better than enjoying a great craft beer, and that’s enjoying it in a great environment with awesome food and great music. Our passion is not limited to just beer, but also the food with which it can be paired. Our seasonal chef-driven dishes can be enjoyed in our industrial taproom that opens to an outside terrace when the weather allows and provides a view of the brewery.

Byway Brewing’s 20-bbl brewhouse, hot and cold liquor tanks and cellar tanks are manufactured by W.M. Sprinkman Corporation of neighboring Franksville, WI. Sprinkman Corp has provided high-quality stainless steel process systems to the food and beverage markets for over 80 years. Their brewhouses, cellar tanks, platforms and automated control panels are some of the finest USA-made brewing equipment available and will contribute to our ability to provide consistently great beer to our customers.

Byway Brewing typically offers 10-to-12 beers on draught that include our flagships- Brewers Cup Gold Medal Winners CHI.P.A. American-Style IPA and Oat Street oatmeal porter, Goldblatz golden ale, Overdue DIPA and Mosaitra session IPA- and a rotating stream of ales and lagers that include sours, Belgians and other ales and lagers most popular with craft beer enthusiasts. We offer specialty beers brewed on our pilot batch system that can be moved to full production depending on the response from our customers. Guest beers from other local breweries may also be available.
