We launched Mistress Brewing Company based on our love of making great home brew and an even greater love of consuming it. We often bounced around the idea of starting a company together, specifically creating something we are very passionate about. After several years of research, education, and home brewing we knew this was what we had been looking for all along. With the support of our families we decided to take the plunge. In January 2016 we found a home for our dream right in our own backyard – central Iowa. In September our first keg was sold to I-35 Spirits in Ankeny.
