With the HAIRS and the cares gone the only thing left was to start a brewery! ShinyTop Brewing was the brain child of Nate and Todd McCubbin while discussing the unique beers styles Todd had tried in Germany during his time in the military. With great hopes and little knowledge, we started brewing on a small homebrew kit. With great happiness our hopes been reached after many, many batches and a thirst for knowledge in the brewing process (not to mention a whole lotta new equipment.) ShinyTop Brewing strives to offer a variety of Beer styles to satisfy an array of tastes in a safe, friendly, and clean atmosphere.
We are currently in search of local artist to have their works on display in our Taproom. We would prefer to do this on a consignment basis, the artist lets us display and sell the art at a price they choose. The response from this has been overwhelming so please be patient if when you contact us, we will try to get as many works as possible on display.
