The Brewery
Our beers are brewed in house by Brewmaster Mike Roy on our 10 barrel (a barrel is 31 gallons) Bohemian Brewing Company system. Brewing over 30 styles of beer and over 700 barrels annually (2014), we’re extremely proud to have 11 beers on tap at any given time, plus a house made root beer. Franklins has won 74 medals since 2007 at competitions like the Great International Beer Festival, United States Beer Competition, and the Maryland Comptroller’s Cup. Our Menu
Franklins sources our food locally whenever possible. Our menu changes seasonally, usually every 6 weeks, depending on the local
ingredients currently available. It is Chef Marc Heckrotte’s philosophy that through local sourcing, we can provide our customers
with all the freshness and vitality that seasonal food at its peak can bring, while also supporting our valued local farmers and producers.
