Three guys with over 70 years of brewing knowledge getting together to make Beer better. Chip, Conor and Shawn are gearing up to start full production of Bay State Beer Co. We currently are brewing small runs in a Massachusetts basement brewery in Sturleicesterville, MA and plan to have product available in keg and 6 pk this coming April. We will keep you updated as we go! Great Beer should be interesting, inviting and refreshing - both distinctive and drinkable. Our mission is to make Great Beer!

Hoppy Dreams | Bay State Beer
Hoppy Dreams is our take on the classic American IPA, a delicious blend of pale malts and lots of Northwest hops. This balanced, full bodied IPA is clean, has a strong malt backbone and is slightly sweet. The aroma is deep and inviting featuring the American Northwest hop signature of citrus, floral and pine. The hop flavor is pronounced but not bitter and each sip finishes clean, inviting you back for another.

Sieben Larger | Bay State Beer
A full bodied, malt-accentuated amber lager, best described as Biergarten Marzen. Double decocted from German Pilsner, Vienna and Munich malts with several kettle additions of Nobel hops. We have re-worked this family favorite many times over the years and of the 20 or so recipes created it was "number seven or Sieben” in German that was selected by our diverse tasting panel as the best of the best.

Time Traveler | Bay State Beer
A New World Classic, Bay State's Mai Bock is a big bright golden malty lager. Easy drinking and warming with substantial body and mouth feel and just a hint of sweetness. Made from generous amounts of Pilsner and Vienna malts, Bohemian hops and Bavarian lager yeast.
